Warsaw Trade Tower conference rooms — specification: floor area, capacity, equipment
The Warsaw Trade Tower conference rooms occupy the 32nd floor of the office building at Chłodna 51 in Warsaw, in the Wola district. There are three of them: Panorama Wola XL at 230 m² — 200 guests standing or in rows of chairs, 120 at round tables and 80 at long tables; Panorama Wola Panorama Wola at 120 m² for up to 100 guests, and Panorama Centrum at 50 m² for up to 35 guests. A foyer overlooking the city sits on the same floor and is used for guest registration, coffee breaks and the buffet. The rooms are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the building reception is staffed round the clock. The nearest metro station is Rondo Daszyńskiego on line M2.
Warsaw Trade Tower conference rooms — floor area and capacity
Capacity depends on the layout. Re-setting the room for your chosen layout is included in the hire price, provided it is agreed at the time of booking.
| Room | Area | Theatre | Classroom | U-shape | Island tables | Single table | Round tables | Standing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Panorama Wola XL | 230 m² | 200 | 60 | not offered | 96 | 40 or 80 | 120 | 200 |
| Panorama Wola | 120 m² | 100 | 30 | 30 | 45 | 24 | to be confirmed | 100 |
| Panorama Centrum | 50 m² | 35 | 20 | 20 | 24 | 16 | to be confirmed | 30 |
Panorama Wola XL is the same space as Panorama Wola with the full 230 m² opened up, so the two variants are never hired at the same time. Panorama Centrum is a separate room on the same floor and can run in parallel as a speakers’ room, boardroom or VIP area.
In Panorama Wola XL the classroom layout seats 60: 30 tables of two, set out 15 on each side. In the island layout the room holds 96 guests — 12 islands of 8. At long tables the number depends on how many rows you set: one row of ten tables seats 40, twenty a side, while two rows — one along the windows, one along the wall — seat 80. Ten tables are kept on site, so a second row means hiring tables in, quoted separately. At round tables seating ten, Panorama Wola XL takes twelve tables — 120 guests, the largest seated capacity at laid tables the room accepts. We do not offer a U-shape at this size. In Panorama Wola a single long table seats 24, and in Panorama Centrum 16 — above that it gets cramped.

The foyer on the 32nd floor
The foyer adjoins the rooms on the same floor and is not hired separately — it is included in the price of every room. It takes on guest registration, the cloakroom, the welcome drink, the coffee bar and the buffet, which lets the room stay in its final set-up until the formal part begins. The windows run floor to ceiling along the whole wall.
