To hire a venue for 200 guests in Warsaw, choose Panorama Wola XL: 230 m² on the 32nd floor of Warsaw Trade Tower for PLN 10,000 net for 8 hours or PLN 8,000 net for 4 hours. Smaller groups pay less, because the same room also comes in a 120 m² configuration for 100 guests, and the smaller Panorama Centrum is right next door. All prices are net and apply to daytime hire, 9:00–17:00; the foyer with a view for breaks is included with every room.

Prices apply to daytime hire between 9:00 and 17:00 and are shown net — 23% VAT is added to the invoice. The rooms are available 24/7; evening, weekend and multi-day bookings are quoted individually. Pricing questions — Warsaw Trade Tower
Does the price depend on the number of guests?
Indirectly — through the room configuration. Up to 100 guests fit in Panorama Wola 120 m² (PLN 4,000 net for 4 h, PLN 5,000 net for 8 h). For 101 to 200 guests we open the full 230 m² as Panorama Wola XL (PLN 8,000 net for 4 h, PLN 10,000 net for 8 h). For up to 35 guests, Panorama Centrum is the most economical option.
What is included in the hire price?
The room in your chosen layout, the foyer with a view for registration and breaks, and the room equipment: a projection screen, a projector and a conference sound system with two microphones in Panorama Wola, an LED TV in Panorama Centrum. Additional equipment — further microphones, lighting, streaming — is quoted for your specific agenda.
Are prices net or gross?
Net — 23% VAT is added to every amount. Payment is made in advance: you will receive a pro forma invoice before the event, and the VAT invoice will be issued once payment has been received.
How much does catering cost?
WE Catering starts from PLN 136 net per person for an 8-hour day. Orders with food include waiting staff at PLN 450 net per waiter, with one waiter for every 25 guests or part thereof — for 120 guests that means five waiters. The menu is agreed before the event.
How much does the venue cost in the evening or at the weekend?
The rooms are available 24/7, but the prices in the table apply to daytime hire between 9:00 and 17:00. Evening galas, weekend events, overnight set-up and multi-day events are quoted individually — let us know the times you have in mind.
When is an 8-hour block better value than a 4-hour one?
Whenever your event, including set-up, runs longer than four hours. In Panorama Wola the 8-hour block costs only PLN 1,000 net more than the 4-hour block, and in Panorama Centrum PLN 500 net more. For a conference with registration and lunch it almost always works out cheaper.
Can I add a second room to the same event?
Yes. Panorama Centrum is on the same 32nd floor as Panorama Wola, so during a conference it often serves as a speakers’ room, boardroom or VIP area. In the calculator, choose “Panorama Wola + Panorama Centrum”.
How do booking and payment work?
Once the date is agreed, we send a quote and confirm availability. After you confirm, you receive a pro forma invoice for the room; catering is invoiced separately once the final menu and number of guests are known. Everything is prepaid, so there are no formalities on the day of the event.
