How many guests can the event venue at Warsaw Trade Tower hold?
The largest room, Panorama Wola, is available in two configurations: 120 m² for up to 100 guests or 230 m² for 101–200 guests in theatre layout. The smaller Panorama Centrum room measures 50 m² and seats up to 35 guests theatre-style. Both rooms are on the 32nd floor.

The rooms are on the 32nd floor of the Warsaw Trade Tower office building at Chłodna 51. The windows run from floor to ceiling, so speakers and guests have the city panorama behind them — from the Wola high-rises to the silhouette of the Palace of Culture and Science.
Which room layouts are available?
Panorama Wola can be set up in theatre, classroom, U-shape or single long-table (I-shape) layout. As a guide: up to 200 guests in theatre layout in the 230 m² configuration, about 60 in classroom layout, about 50 at an I-shape table and about 40 in a U-shape. Panorama Centrum seats 35 theatre-style, 22 at tables arranged in a square, 18 in a horseshoe and 16 in classroom layout.

Yes, the rooms are available 24/7. The prices on this website apply to daytime hire between 9:00 and 17:00. Evenings, weekends, overnight set-up and multi-day events are quoted individually.

Yes. For a gala or corporate dinner, Panorama Wola in its 230 m² configuration works best — after dark the city lights up behind the windows, so the room needs little decoration. Food is provided by WE Catering, and the foyer next to the room hosts the welcome drink and conversations after the formal part.
Do you provide catering?
Yes, catering is provided by WE Catering — from PLN 136 net per person for an 8-hour day. Orders with food include waiting staff at PLN 450 net per waiter, with one waiter for every 25 guests or part thereof. Coffee breaks and lunch are served in the foyer with a view, so guests never leave the floor.

In the foyer on the 32nd floor, right next to the rooms. There is space for a registration desk, a coffee and lunch buffet, and a seating area by the windows. The room itself stays free of catering tables, and the break has its own space with a view.
